Lol, yeah. But the problem with me was that every time I hit a little snag, I'd usually restart. :(

...Yes. You just provoked a story from me. Okay so my senior class for our football team has this thing on Tuesday mornings called the Unity Council where we're supposed to be promoting unity and stuff even though our coach just left and yeah. ANYWAY we get assigned to do stuff to promote unity between our senior class and our last one was to share everyone's favorite food so we'd all know it by the meeting. Of course, we don't do anything until the last minute so my bud goes around and gets everyone to write their name and favorite food on a clipboard with paper and stuff. And then one kid wrote "stake". :|

We approached him about it and we were like "Ty, how do you spell 'steak'?" and he goes "stake". And we were like :| so he goes "What? I don't spell steak, I eat it!". ... :( He's a stupid boy.

ALSO: I think you type too fast when you're writing these too. That first sentence there makes me debate with myself whether we were previously talking about the internet or women. ;D ALSO I HAVE LIKE 103827403281094823 TABS OPEN AT ONCE ALL THE TIME. It's really hard to clean them out. :(

Hehe, I voice my opinions in too many words, I think. All of my English papers have been coming back like "cut out unnecessary words blah blah blah". :( Plus, that huge PC History thread post was um way too long for a normal post. :(((

edit: I do in-line emotes all the time. I try to avoid going to the next line because sometimes I feel like I have to continue that thought after I use an emoticon, and breaking to the next line just seems like it breaks off what I wanted to say. :(

Yes. Maybe you could make a FAQ with the common ones you know off the top of your head (because those are the really common ones and then you could actually just amend the FAQ as certain questions get asked more often?

ALSO: I like tropes. Sometimes I read the TVTropes site or whatever for fun. Usually only when someone links to it, though. Otherwise I forget. Also, I like short sentences. They are fun. Especially when they're short. Because that makes me seem like I'm talking okay this sentence is getting way too long to be in context with the rest of this paragraph-thing. :(

edit: Eh, I use emoticons mid-sentence sometimes, even. Mine usually vary on mood; when I'm really into what I'm saying or it's not really serious, I tend to throw in a lot of emotes. If I'm not so happy at the time or it's really really serious, then I won't do so. Maybe it's just the quantity of my emotes, not the specific kinds! BREAKTHROUGH

Should there be one big help thread? I mean, not for simple questions, but for story + map + whatever else? I mean, neither of those threads got much activity on their own anyway... :/

ALSO: Oh yeah, there's that. Stupid daylight savings. :( And alrighty, will do. Also Ampharos sounds like an amazing idea for guild leader-fellow. I like where this is going already! >:D

edit: ...I didn't even realize I said upwards of a lot. I type too fast when I'm talking to you. :( And same! ...I think except I use sad emotes when I am very happy and vice versa. Actually, I don't think my emotes would be very good indicators of my mood at all. :(

Yeah. Just don't pretend to try to find a replacement, okay?! Also, what's going to happen to the Map Help threads and similar? Will they be moved to ROM Hacking as well? Or flat-out removed? It seems like a lot of stickies if everything's just going to be in the main section again... :(

ALSO: Well then share them with me. >:( Big, overarching plots are my kinds of ideas! If you have characters/general stuff, do you have Pokemon to match them up with yet? I think the species of Pokemon really has an effect on how you view the Pokemon (like how Wurmple in PMD2 was always like "AAAH SWELLOW DON'T EAT ME PLZ I'M AFRAID HNNNG).

edit: Yeah, I think so. I know I've done it upwards of a lot, though recently it's been significantly harder to do that. Stupid modship. :( Also it's good that you haven't used :\ in forever, isn't it? :DD

edit3: (yeah that's what my edit2 was really :x) They are. It's actually more reminding me recently of that one where I sent you like 45 VMs and you responded in one huge one and I didn't really have the guts to respond to the huge one again so we ended up cutting it down until we were back to normal. :(

It was, and there really was no way it wasn't going to end up like it. Some things just can't be changed. :(

ALSO: SAWK I had him on my first ROM playthrough (which I only went to the second gym and stopped, partially because my computer didn't want to run it and partially because I didn't want to spoil myself further). I actually think that even if he is outclassed, he's pretty close. I'm not for sure, though, and if I did really know I probably wouldn't tell you. :x

It's really not that hard to figure, plus you really won't encounter any Pokemon that know it until post-game, so... things with shells or things that have had shells, haha. Nothing too remotely powerful, though.

I know... everything about the Pokemon. I know which stat is their lower defense so I can smack it harder, even. :(

Not like that's killed the game for me yet or anything. :DD

Definitely, I learned that same thing recently. No wonder I feel like my hack hasn't been that successful. =(

I remember when I tried to make the large map; scrolling side to side in a-map wasn't fun. :3

Yeah, Jake's good at being creative, and he's very inspiring. When I repeatedly wanted to restart my hack, he gave the inspiration to continue with what I had. Too bad he's fed up with hacking now. :(
