I only say Hi how are you today, just to be friendly. That isn't sucking up to them.

A lot of them tell me they are like regular members so I can talk to them normal and saying hi how are you today doesn't mean I am sucking up to them.

I do not suck up to the staff, if talking to them is wrong and against the rules then I wouldn't talk to them.

It is not against the rules and it isn't wrong so I believe I can talk to them if I want.
