  • 2: I remember this 1 a shiny cresselia I traded for an espurr over the GTS has 6ivs. The trainer who traded it to me was mean, rude, and scary. Her name was Tezza from Sweden norbotten county I think. Is she twilight blade from this site? That can't be it,I read in her thread her in game name was Celeste.
1: shiny regigigas named regiefilsamié I think this one was cloned illegally and given the nickname cause there's a 2nd one in my PC with the same summary, but has no nickname. Traded over GTS.
I'll ask about the rest tomorrow, I'll try to get a better judgement on what's a hack and what's not.
I'll look into it. Sorry for the long list of Pokemon I found suspicious myself. The internet once said to be wary of any good ivs due to their rarity, no origin mark means it's likely hacked using cheats, high level (likely used a cheat to make it that level to trade for one of twitch's hackmons.) I think I'll stick more on the lines of the palkia.
Whew, what a relief. I thought I had to go through 1 by 1. As said I'm quite paranoid and look at something and say hey that's too good to be true, like pokemon I'll try to summarize, but it'll still be long as the examples I'll put up. 1: A Japanese primeape. It's not shiny but has 5 perfect ivs. 2 A jpn Dratini 4ivs 3 a Togetic once a Togepi that has no origin mark pentagon or clover from sinnoh. 4 not sure what these trainers had in mind, marking a legendary with the star iv mark. 5 while nothing stands out about this pokemon rhyperior, but that its lv 91! There's no way to tell if someone genned this in. 6 french azelf with 3ivs. Pokemon 7 tops the cake however a spanish lv 1 shiny palkia surf 24 draco meteor 8 focus blast 8 ice beam 16 holding a lustrous orb ot: City 23 id:07655 Timid come from Johto no ribbons. That's on one save file 30 that I find sus. I got more pokemon to critic, so what should I leave out in the overall summary and yes, I'm crazy I checked if Iv info was accurate.
Hmm, but I have like 3 to 4 boxes I found across gen 6, 7, bank, and home which would turn into 118-120 or more sus pokemon. (haven't checked all in PC on ones that are not mine cause some may have wonky IVs and aren't labelled.) They're not common hacker names, some don't have mark of origin, and others may have strange iv spreads. Would you mind evaluating them? Or would that be a waste of your time? I don't want to make it seem like I'm bothering you too much.
Is firebolt in charge of hacks check thread? The thread is kind of dormant, I don't know if I'll get a response. Who else can I ask if my pokemon are sus?
And if I got questions about hack mons, do I ask the hack checker threads tab under the trade corner?
Ok that clears things up. I just saw the tab join pokécommunity discord and thought it lead to other discord communities, because it requires the twitch app to use it.
I don't really get it, there's a join discord tab on this site, but twitch deadcns is not affiliated with pokécommunity?
Question 2 is about twitch deadcns, mitsuki tv, auslove tv, and other weirdly named discords. Are they badly genned or do they use pokehex or a cloning service? Can I trust these pokemon if I put them into bank or home?
Question 1 this may be a bit off topic, but when did Nintendo start banning users on modifying there devices? Would it be something like the Wii and Nintendo ds era and does it also apply Nintendo's online membership on the switch? Does it apply to other regions like Europe and Asia?
Ok. I got 2 more questions and that'll be it for me. Thanks for answering and responding to every question I had.
I suppose it applies to all regions on 3ds and Nintendo switch as well. I wouldn't know if this particular trainer got banned. I'm also not sure if describing the dittos summary will help narrow the answer down on legitimacy. The OT, language, region (which is unknown, due to having to even find the trainer over the gen 6 PSS. Would be even less likely in Festival Plaza in gen 7 due to the fact having a different trainer number and possibly OT name or said trainer even playing/owning SM/USUM), ability, nature, and it's behavior may not help on that. All I know about the ditto is it's supposedly Japanese, shiny with 5 ivs. Holding an everstone. Has the ability imposter, it's hidden ability. Found in friend safari at lv. 30. No ribbons. If it's legit I got extremely lucky.
I guess it would also affect other communication hubs and internet game servers such as smash, Mario kart, party and other online multiplayer games.
I wasn't planning on using homebrew anyway, seems like a total rip off on money and is not worth getting a ban in the first place.
I'm not really familiar with powersaves myself. I just heard about them off a video for getting whatever pokemon you want via SD card, functional internet, a desktop computer, and a website for pokehex or genning. Since I don't own one I wouldn't know. My best guess is it is genned, because no one in their right mind would be generous enough to trade something as rare as that, unless they found a 6iv ditto with a desirable nature in the friend safari, which is also a stretch. On the other hand it may be legit knowing Japan and other countries outright banning cheating devices such as r4s carts, power saves, or other 3rd party devices used to modify saves. Homebrew may also fit into this category, but that's unclear since it really isn't free to homebrew a video game console. The internet mentioned homebrewing to also get whatever you want, which may or may not be condoned by this community. I do know home banning users who modify their Nintendo switch, but never seen a solid example.
