    The idea of Ditto being a failed attempt is fallacious, was disapproved by Nintendo as far as I remember, plus Mewtwo was created out of some fossil with mews DNA in it, my two cents ^^

    Just how a tadpole (though not a pokemon, but referable here) turns into a 4-legged frog; there is "dragon" into it, just doesn't seem to be from the outside, its all biology I guess =P

    The Best Starter all Region

    Kanto - plus, since it is the first place you start off (considering you started playing from the first gen games), there's a strong emotional attachment with those starters, at least with me :)
