I want to start getting into the PTCG scene and I need some in-depth steps to becoming a better player. Like telling me the best starter decks and just things of that nature I guess. Can someone help me out? PM me if you have any questions.

Those things are kinda hard to find and when you do you got like two problems to risk: 1. it being a trojan or virus. 2. most of the time when you actually find one, the games run poorly due to the early stages of the emulator.
