fair enough hahah. you literally don't hear about many cards other than the most popular ones.
though i was told to read the manga instead is because kaiba's backstory isn't in the anime and thus makes him only seem obsessed with Yugi

the art direction is also very.... not YGO like?? kinda makes it your more generic shounen anime which is also disappointing bc one thing about YGO that was great was its art style always being distinct.

yeah i have... so far heard nothing good about the new one and that is kinda like... a different card game with the name YGO slapped on it but its not really YGO.
i tried giving it a chance until i heard yuuma's voice and then immediately flung that idea in the garbage :( for your main character to sound like that.......

Honestly, it's all so dumb really, I shouldn't be so upset. It was just stupid drama that escalated because me and my friend kind of have a temper, but I talked things out with her and we're cool now. It still hurts that someone I considered a friend dislikes me for... no reason? Like, I thought this other girl was offended at something I did or said at first, but apparently it's not like that. Knowing my history, she's probably either very insecure/jealous, or just holding a grudge against me over something petty, so I'm not going to apologize to her. It's not worth it.

good bc zexal deserves all the love it can get. idk how much of the black sheep it is anymore because of like. the newer series but i know it was the black sheep of the ygo series for a time.

very valid!! i just watched zexal last year so i'm basically baby when it comes to YGO again which is why I specifically decided to limit the cards I got to mostly Utopia and other Zexal cards beside it lmao.

i feel that. right now i'm mostly collecting utopias and if i see that the same person i'm buying for also has a few numbers for good prices i'll throw them into the cart so that i'm saving money on shipping etc etc.

He really is and I love his deck so much because I've always been a fan of water themed things especially sharks.
