It's not the downloading that takes forever... it's the installing. D; There's no easy installer for SC4 like there is for The Sims 2 or The Sims.

It's all free. It only costs money if you want to donate to one of the fansites and get a CD/DVD. (b'-')b That CD/DVD is quite the time-saver, though. I've accumulated 6 hours of downloading and installing custom content just on this computer, and I'm barely even half done. D;

I'm unzipping a bunch of .zip files for Sim City 4 custom content and installing it into my copy of Sim City. (b'-')b

Work as an IS Intern at a nearby creamery, go to college between 8 and 20 hours a week, and my non-digital hobbies, of course. (b'-')b

Nope. I don't really know any programming languages. Just basic CSS, XHTML, and Python.

Nope. When it comes to computers, I'm much more of a hardware/networking guy. (b'-')b Oh, and OS/Application support. Minimal programming knowledge here. (b'-')b I can convert binary to hex if neccessary, though, and then use a cheatsheet to convert hex to ASCII. (b'-')b

Pokemon TCG, video games, computer tinkering, Magic: The Gathering TCG, watching anime, reading manga, reading novels (very rarely), and... browsing the internet. Oh, and being a pack rat. And playing long, strategic board games like Risk or Monopoly.
