    To be honest, I don't really understand why $PokemonStorage[i][j]"has to be put infront, but it works now exactly as I'd like it. (I only had to change it into: $PokemonStorage[i][j] && $PokemonStorage[i][j].species==species) So thank you mej71 and Maruno, my problem is solved.

    I was looking at the original map of the Sevii islands and then noticed that on Birth Island is located there. So if the player has the Aurora Ticket the map is displayed correctly. The same applies to Navel Rock but I didn't notice that. Posting this here in case somebody has a similar problem.
