Tbh, I would rather Cameron to have a comeback in xy&z. While not the best character, we at least witnessed a progress on Cameron. Iirc, Cameron is clumsy but not as stupid as Sawyerass. :/ I wouldn't frown this much (or prolly fine with it) if he returned with a M-Lucario.

*sarcastic tone towards Sawyerass* He's a prodigy, so smart that he forgot about the Fairy-type resistant. Or maybe he's trying to channel the 'aim or the horn' meme.

I don't mind a new character as Ash rival's with an ability to launch Mega, as long as they are experienced. That Sawyerass is not only a joke, it's also degrading for Ash and his old Pokemon partners, imo.

This is so damn true. It is understandable why Sawyer has a M-Sceptile, but even if they are endorsing Mega Evolution, it should be a stronger trainer like Paul. Sawyer is just a beginner... Congratulations for the whole Gen VI for sinking further.
