quick question and matter of opinion. I have a shiny jolteon with a speed of 174 at lv 50 with a neutral nature. Is that pretty good or should I just go shiny hunting for a better nature? any thoughts?

Wow I haven't been here in awhile! Umm I'm currently training a shiny jolteon that I recently chained for. Has pretty good ivs in sp atk and has a hp of grass so that's a plus. The only downside is that it's a neutral nature. But I can work with him. I'm just hoping that I put the evs in...

I think about 2 nights ago I chained for shiny eevees and got 3 of them. I turned two of them into jolteons to see who would fair better, I obviously picked the one with hp grass. He shall be a huge help. I don't really know what to do with the other one.....I guess i'll let her sit in the pc...
