The snow is falling quite slowly, making it look choppier than real snow, if you'd speed it up a bit, it would look more real :) Btw:

I believe you should increase the framerate by about double, to make the snow seem like falling, and not chopping down. However, looking great.

The "News box" next to the clock doesn't go well with me. I believe you should change all text in there to white. As for me, the title of the news item is black, which, when matched with the background makes it unreadable, unless highlighted. Other than that, looks pretty nice.

Take your brush tool (B) and right click on the file. Click the little arrow, and load brushes.

PC's vB got reverted to the starter options for 3.5.1. How that happened is still a mystery.
