I'm a bit surprised that Mandibuzz didn't see more useage in the gen 5 meta considering how that was an era notorious for the crazy weather wars. Since Mandibuzz has access to overcoat I would have thought you might encounter her more on maybe a a sand team. I realized how good this mon was in BW2 when I experimented with renting it during the World Tournament. I live for spontaneous formats like that and the battle factory where you never know what pokemon you are going to get, i think its a fun challenge because you could get a bad selection of mons or just a really weird set like a special Gyarados and Garchomp. But it also of course does introduce you to more pokemon even if they are not available in your game, and can potentially show you where their strengths lie. That was when I realized that I could win a lot of stalls with Mandi. You are right it is a strange oversight that Grimsley has no Mandibuzz, another thing he should have had is a game corner to visit since he's a gambler. Thanks Pegi!

The Gardevoir line is a Pokemon that I have always been drawn too, but haven't mastered yet. I suppose its natural because I'm a dragon and she is fairy. When you run mega Gardy what is you ev investment? Do you build her to be a total sweeper and throw all of the evs into special attack and speed. Is she a bulky Gardevoir?

You explained really well in this pm and the last why you loved Unova, and I agree with all of those things. Its just full of cool Pokemon with dragon my favorite type and dark next I was practically salivating, and the epic story, the music, the landscapes, even the seasons. It was really remarkable-looking to me because I first played Black during a Christmas holiday so everything was snowy, beautiful and contemplative. The only criticism I have is that I feel the pacing was better in the first game. That's a minority opinion because the sequels are understandably more popular because they have a great post game, but I did miss Ghetsis and N since they don't appear until the end-- Hugh couldn't cut for me. Though BW2 did me proud though by introducing Colress though, he could some of that lonely void in my heart in search of strong Team Plasma members.

Oh on pokecharms, yup I knew how to get there to make a card. I just felt like I should mention it to you since you gave me the idea for one :) I was a bit indecisive about which trainer to use too. I think I'm going to go with the girl from the from the Latios and Latias movie Heroes. I haven't got enough space to add the Lati twins to my card, but that would be my nod to them because in the movie Latias had the power to disguise herself as a human and would turn into that girl-- its a nice movie even if it is sad. Her name is Bianca but she's not the same Bianca we know and live from BW. I have also considered Iris, Clair and Zinnia as possible dragon ladies for me and a few cosplayers.

This pertains to an earlier message you sent but I had a sneaking suspicion that Unova might be your favorite region. I mean you are Lily after all, as in Lilligant :) Gen 5 is really close to my heart too, I think its got the best story of all and colorful characters, for me it created a renaissance of dragon Pokemon and it has such a strong sense of mythology. The cultural origins of Pokemon is on of the things a love about the series, but Unova is especially complex.

Would you mind terribly if I added a trainer card to my siggy? I'm inspired by yours.

Yeah, she seems like a serious cute pokemon person :3 I used to train teddiursa unevolved on my old crystal. Its actually not a bad pokemon unevolved. The attack power still can go off the roof. Its awesome.

My favorite gym leader when I was younger was Whitnet cuz she was pink and cutesy. I didn't seem to have any crush on her, though. Actually, before Korrina, i didn't really have many female crushes in general. She's special :3

I love that Korrina's naturally beautiful. I don't think she keeps up with her apperence like other pokemon girls do, since she's tomboyish and has been raised in a fighting type gym. So her beauty just comes naturally for her; as if she were a part of nature :D It makes me smile. She doesn't need make up or frills or anything like that to still look really sweet. ^_^

Awwww thats beautiful. I love that I have a pet now too ;3 I may of got him kinda old (age 17), but now he's been with me long enough I just can't imagine what life is like without him now. Pokemon that remind me of my pet dog include Eevee, Flareon, Growlithe, Lucario (yes, Lucario), and the whole Fenniken line. I single trained a fenniken/braixen/delphox named after him throughout my file on y version too^^ Thats special. I feel my bond with my dog is like korrina's with her lucario; especially since he's the only animal i live with =)

Before I had my dog, I loved Pikachu and Jirachi a lot. Pikachu I think I loved him a lot due to my crush on Ash Ketchum, and he was his signature pokemon xD Jirachi, I probably liked that he reminded me of a human baby. I was around babies a lot as a kid, I think. :3 Our neighbors kept having new kids like every few years (sadly they lost their house cuz caring for them was pricey...), also my mom used to baby sit. So i've always really liked babies as a kid :3 I also really liked some other baby-like characters a lot too. Like the teletubbies^^

Gardevoir would of been over powered for valerie I think. Even though, yes....the 3RD leader, korrina, did have lucarios. I guess that is a little weird. xD

I didn't like Rouge when I was younger. But now i think she's kinda hot cuz she has tight clothing on o////o; Although, I try not to crush on animal characters too much at the age i'm at now lol :P (but, when i was 15, i was seriously into both Sonic and Shadow)

Yeah, the idea i could fall and get hurt is probably why telling my mom skating has always interested me is pretty scary.......even if I could probably read how to skate correctly on the internet AND I know that using protection probably helps one not get too seriously hurt overall. Afterall, they show Korrina with her helmet ;3

I like sock skating irl, though. Thats not really a danger at all. I've done it a lot since getting into korrina; especially in the earlier days.

Also, I daydream about doing normal skating with her, as daydreams as harmless places you can do anything in xD I love daydreams =3 <3

Cats were my favorite animals as a kid, so I tend to love some cat characters a lot now as an adult as a result ^_^ Like Hello Kitty. Hello Kitty also is a fashion icon who wears many outfits ;3 She's one of my top favorite characters after Korrina.

I've also been around plants a lot as a kid so I really love flowers due to that too ^_^ I got so excited seeing so many yellow ones outside :D

I really enjoy cuteness. Although i was more into beauty as a kid, the idea of 'innocence' always appealed to me a lot; and i've always enjoyed watching preschool shows ^_^

You mean Valerie's gym xD I love both her gym and Korrina's. I never skated as a kid like Korrina did though. Actually.....I lacked the confidence to ever ask my mom to get me skates as a kid. o.o Even though they interested me. And I liked characters that skated before korrina came along too (like shadow the hedgehog from sonic, who i ALWAYS used in sonic battle, seriously, and also sakura from card captor sakura. I really liked her a lot as a kid, too, and she skated ;3 I always found her skating parts peaceful to look at^^).

I used to daydream about having roller skates as a kid. I think one day i'll be confident enough to talk about this stuff with my mom; it just takes time. For some reason, i've always worried about upsetting her or disagreeing with her on things. I've improved with that, but theres still things i lack confidence about. I'm not sure if i still want to skate or not but I think skating is cool due to korrina at least. I think telling my mom the idea interested me would be a big step in my being more confident in myself now that i'm older :)

My mom is not mean. I'm not sure why I fear her so much. As for skating, it would be scary to mention to her, since I love Korrina so much and any drama that could lead to my disliking her would be too awful to me. I just don't know...
