Well basically, I am a photographer...so a lot of my work is done on the computer anyways...so things like making banners and badges are no problem for me. Graphic design is my career. I just don't have time to keep the other leaders motivated. I can't message them every time there is a new post on the group and I can't make them check the group regularly. So first of all, I need someone who doesn't mind being the communicator between the leaders...someone who can relay messages and keep everyone updated. I mean, there are leaders who still haven't posted their rules and terms in the post that I posted weeks ago...that alone shows me that the leaders are not checking the TR group like they should be. I just need to makes sure that the leaders are actually getting the message. You know?

I'm afraid not...no one seems that interested. I really need more people to help me. I understand that people have a life, I know I do...so I really need people to step up when my time doesn't allow me the freedom to run the gym. I need more leaders, but most people just want to follow and let someone else do all the work. If I don't get some help soon or if more people don't step up, I am just going to leave the group. It really sucks though...I was very excited about TR and I have made a lot of banners a badges...but I haven't got much enthusiasm about the group so it kind of seems pointless now.
