Oh, and in regards to fate, my stance on it is that, in the larger scheme of things, whether it exists or not doesn't matter. After all, regardless, we'd function the same way because we can't see the future. That's why I hold so firm to the idea that the future is a culmination of infinite possibilities. Even if there is just one very specific path that leads to the future that's already written, humans don't have 20/20 foresight. We can't know the future. We can only see shades, incredibly blurry pictures that we detail with speculations we have based on experience, fact, etc., and that's how we get possibility.
Because we can't see the future, we can never no what our fate is. Making it essentially the same as not having a fate at all. After all, getting caught up in what's predestined tend to create self-fulfilling prophecy.
