I wouldn't download pixel art programs from unofficial websites. Reliable ones would be GraphicsGale, Windows XP Paint, Photoshop, GIMP(?) or Paint.net(?). I don't know if the last two support pixel art since I don't use 'em. I would double check though.
Though a bit hard to work with, GIMP can support Pixel Art and supports animation quite well (I found the trick).

Heya! Can I just ask, what is the WPC? I got that it was some kind of contest, and I have a few sprites and fusions I might want to get up.

I was, up to 5AM last night D: I made my parents listen to Random Access Memories, that was pretty cool :P

I actually just submitted my parental consent and I hope I won't get any more problems with COPPA. But I think I'll keep my shop closed due to schoolwork and stuff getting in the way. c:
