I think it's pretty much a given we'll be able to migrate to Gen VI. With the large focus on competitive battling, I think it would be a big middle finger to anyone who'd want to use Pokemon they've been training since 2003 if they can't migrate them over.

I've ordered Heart Gold off Amazon for £29.73.

Personally, I liked them. Their sociapathic ideas were pretty awesome, and much more logical than either of Team Magma or Aqua's. However, they don't top Team Rocket for me, as they will always be the definitive evil gang.

Personally, Oak is my favourite, he's the friendliest and also offers the national dex in Kanto and Sinnoh.

Hopefully after I've beaten all 16 gyms, it will be: Typholsion Pidgeot Ampharos Starmie Golem Venusaur :)

Well, I managed to beat it with a level 50 Raichu with Thunderbolt. :)

Thanks for the help guys. ^_^ I can understand that they probably wanted someone as strong as Red in it, but it's still a wonder why they chose Wallace to take over as Champion.

Does anyone know exactly why they replaced Steven with Wallace and Wallace with Juan in Emerald?
