I don't know why forums should be kid-friendly. How many kids have you ever actually come across who get onto forums and stay there? They don't understand forums. They know about Google, Facebook, and flash game websites and maybe porn, depending on whether they've discovered their cocks yet.

I'm totally coming back for this when my internet is fast. :p I've learned to trust your judgment on music, which I've learned is pretty damn good.

And I know, right? She sings it so damn well. There was this 11 year old, Anna Graceman, in America who did really well in one of those shows. I don't remember whether she won or not, but she went on to make her own album and be a famous douchebag (she's a pretty girl and has talent, but still... 11 year olds don't need their own album, even if they did manage to write pretty good songs). One of the songs is called "So Complicated", if that gives you any idea of why I'm not a fan of her anymore.
Anyway, Marina won the French one and just uploads bad quality videos to YouTube (MarinaDalmasWeb), and it's amazing. It's just covers and stuff. She did a cover of Shakira's Waka Waka, and it was jawdropping. She sounds so awesome, despite the low quality.

My point? I'm gonna marry her one day. :p </fanboy>

I think it's to do with the speed of needing to put their arguments out that they don't bother proofing it or caring about it. Most people think that arguments are about who yells the loudest. I think that in reality it's about who yells the quickest.
