I'd honestly stick with buying a set that is in NM-Mint condition. Boxes are usually expensive, although it is pretty nice to complete a set on your own. It's your call

Well I'm not sure if PSA would take cards that came in a toploader, and if they did there is a chance that they can damage it when removing the card. A card saver 1 is a type of card holder that people use to submit cards to grading. The edges are pretty sharp, so be careful when handling them
