The other regions' Pokemon will more than likely become available in the post game. Though, if that is the case, then why have Pikachu as a starter -___-? I'm curious to see if Genesect and Meloetta will be fought/recruitable in the game.

I am ;^_^ I dunno, but I see Pokemon and they are either male or female to me. Some (Whimsicott, Ampharos, Pikachu, etc.) can be either so I don't mind with them. But, if I specifically see the Pokemon as a particular gender, then I will not capture it unless it is that gender.
