  • I agree, but there wasn't that much going on irl. I was just in a funk.

I still feel bad because... I just never put effort into it. :( Like even with Facebook I hardly visit and when people do message me I hardly message back.

I could see why they'd have to, but it still sucks. And wait, so the people that live in school get off sooner? But wouldn't it make sense for it to be the other way around?? @__@ That is confusing.

I'ts not that work takes up too much of my time. My evenings are completely free (besides the rare day I close). It's that I can't drive. It limits where I can go, and I can't go out past dark, simply because I'm afraid of what'll happen if I do. Our town is pretty safe but I'd rather not take chances.

I do; the address is on my profile. Usually I just have it running all day on "Appear Offline", so if I'm online on PC I will probably answer if you message me. Maybe. ;)
??? You don't know what the Sopranos is? Seriously? You don't know what water is? WHAT?

Wouldn't be able to tell you for sure but my educated guess would be: yes.

Hahaha, I'd love to go back to primary school just because (looking back) we didn't have to do any work. I didn't have to do any work this year either but still.

Meh, some quotes stick with me. I think it's the same for everyone.

Asdf I'll respond to that in a later VM don't have a lot of time right now.

Hahaha I called it just right. Aw yeah.
Awesome! Art is a really popular subject these days. Visual arts was my least favourite subject at school- even after Physics! I guess I'm not a good artist, that's why. I loved English, Psychology and Home Economics. I just like writing, full stop. I enjoy the ton of essays and reports my subjects demand- the chore is the research; not the actual structuring of an essay. Web design and graphic design are ESPECIALLY popular. Do you have any idea what kind of art you would like to do? 'Cos there's like concept art, for example. That seems very competitive!
Awww, how nice! If it's a gift, then you should accept it. I guess when you have spare change some day, you could bump them up if they're still like 3 or 4. I ended up donating a bit, but not nearly enough to equate my Tier 5.

I see... I'm glad that you're doing okay. I'm pretty sure you said you're still in high school. If so, have you thought about what you want to study/do when you graduate?
Sorry this is late; I've been kind of lazy and bummed all week. :/

I have, but I feel bad because I get out of touch with them. I wonder if they think I hate them?

At least the teachers aren't super-strict and are a bit understanding about it. If the uniforms are uncomfortable I could see why you'd want to change. That, and after wearing the same old work uniform and then changing straight into pajamas, I find that I miss street clothes!

Right now it's all the same routine: get up, go to work, come home, use computer, go to bed. :/ I need a bit of variety, but I don't really have friends in town besides the people I work with and my roommate. Everyone else moved out. So I can't go call up anyone and go "hey let's hang out somewhere!" I wish I could.
I should see if there's any sort of events I can go to but because I walk everywhere, my options are very limited and I don't like walking in the dark if I can help it. :/ Uggh.
I know, He's an Aussie so his time is way different from mine in the US. I'm EST.
Well I decided to make him an avatar he needed. I wonder if he got on and used it yet.
ONE LAST VM AND THEN I'M GONNA GO GET SOME WATCH AND WATCH SOME SOPRANOS.

Apparently the garda tracked him down (that's how we know he lives in a hostel) and is pressing charges against him for assault. Justice for all!

Haha kids. It all seems crazy being a spectator but looking back on my younger childhood, I did some crazy things as well that seemed perfectly okay/justified back in the day. And they were ridiculous out of the box things.

It's real, from a book called Slawter by a well known author over here called Darren Shan. Don't read his books anymore but that quote has stuck with me ever since I read it.

I wanna pursue medicine as a career, remember? Any minor detail could be picked up as interesting to me, that and I'm curious about what happened to you, that and does it look like I'm worrying about you being overloaded with details???

Yeah, philosophy would be categorised as unique under my book. I wouldn't do it myself because I think it'd be a colossal waste of time but each to their own!
Everyone was grand. One of the parents watching the match was a garda (policeman) and he was attacked as well and when everyone yelled, 'he's a garda!' the situation defused itself because if you assault a garda, you are a dead man walking in this country. Everyone else was grand; we headed back to the clubhouse, got a few drinks, found out we won the match as it was a walkover because the match was abandoned.

Hahaha well after a while you figure out that that sort of stupidty is bliss in comparison to what you have to deal with on a daily basis.

'As long as you're still breathing, your story's still going.' Great quote.

That bad, huh? I can see you don't wanna go into details, I'll leave that topic there.

Asdf your school does have everything. Out of curiosity, what other 'unique' classes do you take similar to music tech?

    Hmmm okay.
Well, that doesn't sound good in the least, though. :/ Everyone needs their chance to talk!

Then again, I think everything is like that. :D It does sound pretty swell to me, cause public school really isn't all that great anyways, academically~ I would love to have some interesting sports to do, or something. :/ Besides cross country, where you can just run from your feelings. :D
I think you are much better off. :3
Well, it turns out the player who was behind the headbutting was actually nineteen years old and living in a hostel... and this was a fifteen year old game. It's... a complicated story but he lost it, assaulted six people and made it one of the most memorable games of all time.

Hahaha did he know what sport he was playing? Did he not get the hint after the first time the whistle was blown? What goes through their heads???

Well they said I might not necessarily grow out of it but the possibility is still there but it's pretty disheartening to think it mightn't be. And yeah, it's tough. Feels like getting stabbed in the heart asdf.

    And fully recovered!

Your school has all the perks, doesn't it? I bet it has a class in psychology and everything, haha.

It's funny because whenever I try to respond I keep thinking of ridiculous questions to ask you.

But I'm curious with that saying... so what does this ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QXYM6-X8c3o ) sound right or wrong to you? I'm aware he's singing in a different key to the guitar he's playing so does that irritate you or is a combination of two different keys alright? Haha that must sound ridiculous but I'm genuinely curious.
Yeah yeah, I do. :D Maybe I'm just more open, I guess~ XD And yeah well, it probably won't clear up till this summer, but I will be fine. :3

And oooh. D: Is it bad??
Ohoho, a little selfish now, aren't we? ;D Hehe, just kidding~ Just uh... Family issues, and on top of that, love issues. :/ Not a good combination when they are both going on at the same time!

Are you in college or what? :O
Hahaha oh man no need to tell me. My dad/my best friend's dad manage our gaelic team and they've got into fights with the refs; the other managers... hell, my dad was even head butted by a rogue player after tensions mounted during the last few minutes of a close game. I've never reffed though; it's never interested me. Closest I've come to it was when I was doing work experience in my old school and had to ref a soccer match during P.E.. Isn't it hilarious how something controversial always has to happen? In this instance, the keeper was hit in the nose with the ball (we're talking ten year old kids here) and started sobbing. There was blood. The rest of them played on and one of the backs used his hand to stop a shot that would have been an eminent goal. He argued they were playing last man back; I said we'd have to inspect the aerodynamics of the ball's trajectory. They said 'what the hell is he smoking?' In the end the other team got a penalty, which lead to the goal that won the match... good times.

I do tell them - they just won't believe me because when I have a cold, I can operate like a normal human being, like everyone else. Unlike everyone else, I have that extra risk but then they either don't understand it or they take it too seriously so it's better to just leave it out. Mostly I just say I have a horrible immune system, it works. And yeah, it can be pretty bad. And a few months ago my consultant dropped the bomb that I mightn't ever grow out of it... I thought all kids grow out of it. They never said there was a possibility I couldn't. Devastating day, that.

But yeah, I know how it feels to come back from an absence and everyone treats you special. I'd rather just be one of the crew again, haha.

Ironic piece of trivia: in my school, you have a choice between art, woodwork and... you guessed it... technical graphics. ASDF.

Yeah, saw it, not sure how to respond because whenever I try to respond I keep laughing my head off.

What does 'pitch bent by improper values' mean? I think I know what it means but if I'm wrong I'll sound like an idiot. My knowledge of music theory is all over the place.
    Nah, it's okay, I understand where you are coming from~ I've been going through a lot lately too... ^^;

They couldn't do that, that would be imprisonment. XD Which school already feels like that!
o: I have no idea who that is.

And sorry for not replying to your first VM! HI! :D
Asdf no idea why but that line reminds me of a kid I used to know who'd always say, 'it's not fair!' when playing any sports game... we were playing sports maybe every day for two and a half weeks and everyone was getting bored of him and somehow, in unison, when he said it after losing a game of soccer, we all just said, 'shut up, Seany.'

He never said a word after. Good times.

That's... pretty bad. Being out of school sick usually loses its novelty after the first two days... two months would be way too much for me to handle. When I was much younger (seven and nine, I think), I came down with two asthma attacks and ended up in hospital for a week with both of them, respectively. Wasn't nice. Nowadays when I'm out, it's normally if I come down with a cold but because of my asthma, I have to be really careful with colds or it'll go down into my chest and I'll be at risk of a relapse. Of course, none of my friends understand this and my Facebook is usually filled with, 'you don't do well with colds, do you?' or, 'where's Rekky?' 'He's got a cold again.' 'I'll talk to the undertaker.'

Gotta have my quirks, I guess. I haven't really done drawings for years and even then they weren't anything special. As I said, I'm good at everything else but artistically, it's a train wreck for me.
ALSO forgive me if this is too intrusive but I was watching a documentary about Perfect Pitch the other night and it was interviewing someone with it who started complaining that he could only use it for major/minor scales, which means he hated the sounds of jazz and blues - is that the same for you or did I just understand what he was saying wrong?
Meh, I suppose you can complain but that's... boring. I tend to be a very confronting sorta guy; if I can't do anything about it, I tend to just leave it. Not the same as ignoring it but what's the point of acknowledging it if I can't change it?

Asdf missing school? I'm prone to getting sick and missed eight days of school in the last four years combined. It's awesome! Except for, you know, getting back on top of the work. I'm overdosing on the vitamin C energy drinks these days to make sure I don't get a repeat of that next year.

Yeah, it was alright to draw on Illustrator with a mouse because it helped you connect the lines but I'd rather be independent with my squiggles. That and I preferred OpenCanvas' interface. I'd say so about the wanting to upgrade. Sometimes I gotta rely on my intuition.
Aww, wanna talk about it? :c
And no silly! in the morning! XD So we stayed there for like three hours and left!
