the words "slow" and "electric pokemon" shud never be in the same sentence.. i mean, electricity.. lightning fast! raichu and luxray are pretty evenly matched, when you break it down. while luxray has more defense, that is mainly to allow it to sustain an attack so it can launch its own...

I too would like to see what he has to offer post up some pokes with their best natures or show us their egg moves or their parents (if you breed them)

frankly there's no point in trading rare candies for it since it takes about 10 minutes of digging to find them which is longer than it wud take to sit there and trade pokes holding items..
