Smogon administrator mingot informed me that it would depend on how the rest of the metagame shifts with possible move tutors and / or new pokemon released so you can't be sure yet!

Yeah some smogon moderators and administrators told me about those. Particularly, my favorite battler on smogon, Mingot, educated me about what the impact on the metagame could be like ^-^
