I used Kingdra in-game in HG/SS and it turned out alright. It didn't need moves other than its STABs, which is why it's a good Surf/Waterfall slave IMO.

I tried doing it in Platinum and Black once, but I failed badly. Right now, there are times when I got more than 1 perfect IV in some stats.

I'm currently BP hungry. Having to win battles just for more vitamins and Power items can be a bit tiring.

Speaking of Kingdra, is it viable for it to set up its own Rain Dance in UU/OU?

I don't go for perfect IVs; I simply go for Pokemon with 20-31 in the stats I'm taking advantage of. Can you RNG?

I also forgot to mention that battle facility AI could be smarter than the normal AI. But there are times whenthe AI can cheat against you in battle facilities.

I have a non-weather OU team, but I don't think it's doing well ATM. What's your opinion on teams that just use Sunny Day/Rain Dance?

From what I've heard, the AI for Ace Trainers, Veterans, the E4 and Gym Leaders could be a bit smarter than regular trainers.

It wasn't as weather-based compared to B/W. It was kind of fun smashing Sandstorm teams in the face every now and then. I do remember this one time that I let Scizor get up to +6 Attack with Swords Dance while my opponent's Forretress got up a bunch of hazards up, then nearly sweeping the entire team with X-Scissor and Bullet Punch (my opponent forfeited when he was down to his last Pokemon, which was a Pikachu). What's your most memorable D/P/Pt OU moment?

I've played D/P/Pt OU before. Those were some good times with my team of Swampert/Rotom-H/Starmie/Scizor/Infernape/Blissey.
