You evolve Haunter with a Moon Stone. It's found in the Dark Cave. I think it's the same for Kadabra.

Do you have any shiny starters in any of the games? Have you ever tried breeding them or soft resetting the game until you got one? If so, did it work? No to the first question, I don't yet have a shiny starter. I've tried soft resetting, but that doesn't help in making the starter shine...

Gengar - My favorite ghost type, I've always caught it and used it on my Crystal and HG team. Chandelure - Same as Gengar, I've always used it on my B and B2 teams. Both have an amazing Sp.Atk stat. Giratina - It doesn't need an explanation at all. It's just too good.
