I caught a shiny Jigglypuff outside Mt.Moon in Fire Red, and I killed a shiny Fearow outside Mt.Moon in Silver :(

Dialga looks way cooler than Palkia, so I'll go with Dialga.

Magmotar looks better than Electivire, but stats wise Electivire is the best...
