Honestly, TPC needs to quit it with the yearly releases. It's clear the quality is suffering because of that.

All Pokémon not obtainable in any Generation VII game should have priority, tbh.

Going back to single use TMs is definitely a bizarre, unnecessary change. The devs sure have some explaining to do on that one. That said, I’d be much more OK with it if they make it relatively easy to get multiples (e.g. a shop in the postgame that has every TM for sale).

Caught this beauty while grinding a few mons on Route 10 in Sword earlier. 😀 Can’t even remember the last time (if ever) I got a full-odds Shiny (aside from hacks).

The hasn't been a new patch released in a while, AFAIK. You could always compile the source code to have a ROM that's as up to date as possible.
