This is a fast reply but I'm awake for no reason, so...
I can certainly understand weaknesses. I've developed so many bad habits. I became so paranoid about blundering or hanging pieces that I'll stuff everything into a corner. I don't remember the last time I've checkmated someone (besides my uncle once on the actual board).
Also looking at analysis too much isn't a good thing. Sometimes I'm like "okay this looks like a move the computer would approve of" and I'm not thinking for myself.
Then there's me not paying attention to the game, tabbing out and doing other things. This is probably why I played so much stronger on a board. All my focus was on what was happening (despite my constant chatter).
