  • I knew that. Iuno,DOS and Tre.

My avatar is based on a album cover and I asked if you knew the one.
Hey Insomniac, just dropping by to say that I quite like your Green Day theme, is pretty cool!

Also, sorry about the mess on the floor.

I play console; and I probably wouldn't want to play PC for the sole reason that it's unfamiliar. I'd love mods and all (I see sooo many cool ones out there), but vanilla's good enough for me, I guess. Although they never should have taken away Unarmed. Never. Ever.

Also I have an awesome TV so it's always better on the big/hi-def/flat screen. :p

Woot! I've made my share of (failed) thieves~

I don't know; it's probably because I've never really fleshed them out before; they've all just been "Oh I want to sneak around now and snipe d00dz hurr durr" types of characters, and I hate doing that, but I've never really given myself the time to think up as good a backstory and character for any one of my characters as Marqus. Idk. He's the one who stopped the cycle of what I like to call "restartitis."

I don't much think it's the playstyle for me; it's all about the character I create. I get to both make the story and be a part of it; I'm the author and the character. The GM and the player. The director and the actor. I can get inside this character's head and be somebody that I would never be. And he is just such a memorable character that I can't come up with another that can compete~

Although I do have to say that sometimes it is fun to just start a game for the hell of it and just play them as an empty archetype instead of a character!

Well...he originally was just going to side with the stormcloaks, but as I started my journey and met with the Companions, I thought he could bring some brain to the group. Also, he's good at smashing things. There's that too. Hircine's also part of his background (which I won't get into because it's complicated character history stuff that doesn't really matter), so I decided the actual reason he went to SKyrim was to wander around and find a werewolf group (the Companions).

As far as followers go, I only use them when I remember I can~ Like when I first got Lydia I used her until I "accidentally" killed her in a raid on an Imperial camp. Then I went without for like ten levels and the cycle continued with another follower and yadda yadda yadda

He also joined the College of Winterhold because he wanted to learn more about Alteration and Enchanting since he originally taught himself how to do them; this was fairly late in his journey, not too long ago.

I get more into the roleplaying aspect of Skyrim; I try to keep my carry weight down, I only carry one or two weapons on me, about two days' worth of small meals/snacks, another set of clothes, and a plethora of potions (as any good alchemist should). Most of the time it's around 100-115, but if I needed to carry more my Stamina gives me a lot of extra hammerspace.

My (main) character is an Imperial. His name is Marqus and he's an alchemist. He picked up skill with war axes and alteration in his early stages of his journey, as most ofthe weight he likes to carry is his potions. He also developed a silver tongue and more recently has developed a knack for enchanting (because clothing + alteration + enchanting is everything ever). Basically he's a one-handed smasher who uses lots of poisons, skill-enhancing potions and enchanted gear in battle. He dominates.

Also, if you're using daggers, definitely put perks into One-Handed (armsman), because it'll boost your backstabbing powah to the max~

Ikr! I love Skyrim too (obvi statement is obvi), and even though it's huge, sometimes I just kinda wish there were more of it to explore people-wise and city-wise. I want more culture shock~
    U
Oh, that. The picture's part of it; Walk 5 steps in Skyrim, experience culture shock. It's about how like every town has different people and the major cities are all pretty different. Commenting on how vast Skyrim really is. Does that explain it well enough? idek
