You're just replacing the palettes (which is 256 colors). That's why in the tutorial you keep moving unto the next index, in order to replace more and more of the palette. Hope this helps.

You get to insert your titlescreen as a whole entire image instead of piece by piece.
It also allows you to use more palettes! It works flawlessly.

Right now I'm watching KHR (Katekyo Hitman Reborn... I got to 48 episodes now and just 155 to go XD)...

I have to catch up with strike the blood. It turned into a sorta harem anime from the vampire/action I thought it'd be, so I lost a tad bit of motivation to keep watching. Toradora is great if you don't mind the tsundere lead :P

Yeah, there's not many sports anime that compare to Kuroko no Basket. Cross game is a good one, but it's got a slice of life/romance plot with a bit of baseball.
I know what you mean about updating my list! Some times I go for months without updating and forget what I've watched so I don't put it into my list. Today I initiate you into the otaku life.
