It's real. :) That inspire a challenge: catch as much Aipom as you can, the catches are no status inflicting moves and you can only use 40 standard Pokeballs.

Yeah, it's slightly easier in FireRed and all Gen IV and V games. But it's definitely hellish to catch one in RSE and ORAS if you have no access with the higher ranking Pokeballs!

Care to guess Aipom's catch rate? :)

In terms of finding Chimecho from RSE beats Feebas. That bell thing was extremely difficult to find!

If we're talking about catching like catch rate, I have to agree with Ashley -- Skarmory wins the throne and followed by Aipom!

I must say my battles with Cynthia in any versions are the hardest. as she has a near balanced Pokemon team and perfect IV Pokemon. Not to mention, she has some tough customers like Garchomp, Spiritomb and so on.

Well, technically they're all unrequited except the awful Asbel/Cheria pairing, haha. Hubert likes Pascal who likes Sophie who likes Asbel who likes Cheria, whilst Richard and Malik sit there all alone. Tales of Graces f in a nutshell! =D *shot*

They're not connected outside of the name, so you could start with either. I'd always recommend playing Xenoblade Chronicles though; it's too good to pass up. I don't actually know much about the Wii U title as of yet; I'm keeping myself in the dark on purpose given how amazing the plot of the first was at shocking me. Although I've listened to the OST extensively :3

Hmmm... It's a total luck base thing. When you think about it that makes a shiny geodude (from XY) precious -- As meeting one doesn't guarantee you are gonna capture it. Iirc, they can use the move Self-destruct, which adds the precious factor. But then, the value of a shiny Pokemon is not determined that way. {XD}

True, with the destiny knot breeding mechanic and psuedo-rng breed, nowadays it's easier to acquire perfect ivs without much effort.

Can't you just simply Surf on the very first turn? Oh no you can't, that's far worse. Does that mean catching a shiny Geodude in Kalos Victory Road is nearly impossible? :( As far as i know there's no move that can hit four Pokemon; either all five or just one of 'em... Yikes!


I go for practical -- max IVs. Shiny is good, some are beautiful. But they are nothing more than just for bragging rights. Max IV all the way here. :)

Xenoblade X is coming out in December as well, so you'll have plenty to do on the console in the near future! Since you've got a Wii U, you could check out The Last Story and Pandora's Tower, too - they don't hold a candle to Xenoblade, but both have fairly intuitive real-time combat. Xenoblade is pretty stunning for a Wii game...at least in terms of environments. Character faces are pretty horrific, haha.

I can't see that as any more than Pascal being Pascal...but that's mostly because I'd ship her with Sophie sooner; it goes a little bit beyond scientific curiosity. I wear yuri goggles too often, perhaps >:3
