That was exactly my problem.
Well, there isn't much you can do about it. Make sure to use minimal tabs. The space is filled with temporary folders that you should clear after every internet surf to prevent this crap (sorry, I can't find any other fitting words O:).
So, use Disk Cleanup pretty often. Or you could ask your dad to take it to a shop to replace the 4 G hard with a 50 GB (like I have) or something. (:

Also, I've been thinking that Lugia killed his family and destroyed his village... and he is in pursuit of the legend, when he meets a Team Magma, led by an old Maxie, who seeks the same thing as you : to kill Lugia, since he did great damage to the Hoenn region, which he managed to transform into land, after all (yeah, something I cam up with). So, you help Magma do some things along the storyline.
