That's kind of a misleading name for the app. I'd have expected something like notepad for well, just plain text. x) The one from SuG, I guess? (Well, how many songs can there be with this name?) I had to look it up, but it sounds pretty upbeat.

Nah, being a self-taught writer is a good thing. While yes, I took a few classes in English Composition and learned a lot of what I could use, a lot of what you probably will use are things you've learned yourself through mistakes that you've made in your own writing or via practice, or things like that. I can honestly say 100% I've never taken a creative writing class but I still have an imagination as vivid as that of a child's, and I think that's the most important thing above all for a writer.

For me, it's just tying everything together to make sure my story/stories actually flow well. One of the things I want to focus on is consistency and character development throughout my stories. How would my characters grow, develop, and change, and how does it relate to the plot and setting? Moreover, how would the readers feel? What kind of emotions would they feel relative to the characters in the story?

It's a lot of questions yes, but these are factors I want to consider if I want to write something really good and interesting.

i just go to a community college and ive been taking online classes recently and they are fine for me.
