Has to be Raichu to me, I just find it adorable. They've not changed it quite how they changed Pikachu, so it's still all chubby <3 Plus, the long tail is pretty awesome.. and the swirly ear bits.

I'm more of an Infernape fan.. and not just because it has a Xenaesque Breast Plate =P I prefer it visually, and I do believe it's better in battle. Never been a Blaziken fan, I find it a little overrated.
