Hi. I don't have an editable version of my game jam entry so i can't fix the issue :/ (the editable version is on the PC i used to make it 1 month ago) . I could make a new entry that would be the same minus the custom sprites though if that's okay with you and the judges.

If the deadline is 12 hours and 30 min and i don't submit my entry, i will submit it when i wake up(about 2-3 hours after).

Hey, I was talking with Worldslayer, and could you have him be a Tentative participant? If he has until the deadline he may be able to whip up an entry when he has time, but he isn't exactly sure. If he is Tentative that gives him a chance to participate for competition, but if he can't make it then it's no problem.

Hey, there's still some discrepancies with the Game Jam, such as the OP saying:
"At this time, I'm not 100% sure on what would be judged presently. I'll keep everyone posted, but for now it's up in the air. For sure, overall art quality and polish won't be the focus of judging."

True i guess.

Maybe just start the jam when everybody confirms they have a 1 week time to spare.

I think the previous game jam should have been extended for another week or so if the participants had scheduling problems, of course if they didn't tell you then nothing could have been done about that.

i think the next game jam should end when everybody submits their creations, unless they are taking a really long time.
