Actually, I think it depends on attack...I mean, I got a Chandelure who's Special Attack and Speed are high, but the rest are kinda low, or that's how I raise them. Another example would be Bisharp and Scrafty, who's Attack Stat are so high, as well as speed...but Scrafty's defenses aren't as great as they are supposed to, and Bisharp's special attack and special defense are laughable.
