i don't know metagross's nature or evs but i do know his attack is as high as it can get. i'm guessing it was for battling cuz it has a lead's moveset and super high attack. but i doubt i'll trade it

I don't actually want to give up your slot, I just want to get the RP running as quickly as possible, you know? If you don't think that you can come up with anything suitable that's fine, I'll take your place, but if you feel later that you might want to join, there are still three slots left in the second batch. It's up to you really. I personally would prefer you to be an engineer since it avoids me from having to join to make up the numbers.

Anyway, bottomline, just tell me in the next two days or so if you're getting up your persona any time soon. If not, VM me and I'll just post my SU. :)
