I'm afraid that a super mod, or a mod of the Emulation area will have to help you out there. I can only moderate threads in the New Users area, sooo yeah. D: Although, spam in threads will likely always be found by staff and deleted. You could always report those posts, by using the 'Report' button, and it will likely be deleted soon after.

Also, yeah to change the poll options you'll have to either wait for that mod to handle, or ask a supermod/admin.

Ok, I've been pretty busy with exams over the week, but it's my midterm next week, so I should be able to devote a day to the hack before studying (I've exams the whole week after the midterm break, too).
Item-sprite insertions.. Are generally the same as Pokemon sprite insertion, with unLZ. However, I'll leave that until you've knocked everything else out of the way- the last time I edited an Item-sprite, apparently the game glitched when the edited item was selected in the menu (it was for a hack by Mervyn797, I edited Oak's Parcel into a Laptop, didn't change the palette or anything. I gave it to him to insert, and he said the game froze. So.. It's just a matter of backups and such, but it'd be easier to leave until just before release time, if you have any idea what I'm talking about:D).
That Chatot.. Shouldn't be a problem, of course. I mean it's my job, right? It's cool that you're referencing Mystery Dungeon 2, though. I've only played Darkness as far as where you actually join the guild, but it's generally a cool game. The story is better than the Red/Blue Rescue team story, anyway, so it'll work out well with Hidden Ties' story (which is brilliant already, if I haven't said before:D)

Yeah, it can be pretty hard to have a completely original area if you're recycling the default tiles.
Oh, wait- indoor tiles are a bit harder than normal ones. I can do a few basic indoor insertions but not nearly as much as outdoor ones, if that's not too much of a problem?
Anyways, when looking at tiles, I'd advise not going for something that's common- try for something different, but actually nice looking:D that would work nicely.

Okay! Well if you ever see any tiles you'd like to use, i'll insert them for you. Trees and such are my specialty (as they're pretty small :)) but I've been able to insert some houses and paths, too. I dunno, just something to bear in mind when you feel like a (literal) change of scenery, lol.

I didn't, really:D I know how to insert them (but you probably do too) so I was just saying if you ever find ones you'd like, I could insert them for you.

Yeah, I can try the worldmap, anyways, just send on the concept when you feel like it. Making it shouldn't be a problem, I'll just have to try inserting it. And yeah, Trainer sprites are fine too:)

By the way, good luck with the whole College thing. (well, you know what I mean, getting scholarships and stuff). That's no picnic, I'll be doing all that next year, not really looking forward to it :/

Hey dude, I sent the email twice, once this morning, and again just now. The one I sent in the morning resulted in a blank screen, so I sent it again. I definately attached it this time (as I did before:P stupid internet, making me look forgetful) so if it doesn't work this time I'll try 4shared or 2shared or w/ever..
You should probably post a small update in the thread, or something, to prevent it from slipping into the abyss of Page 3:D Maybe just even post a screen of encountering the inserted Pokemon, that counts as a valid update, without actually revealing much.

Ok, I sent the email, and got more 404s (from gmail, lol). I tested the sprites and they all work. The icon for your fakemon (not naming, in case it's a secret or something:D) is cool, lol- it's massive. You used the full 64x32 to your advantage, and it looks awesome, to me:) i also included the cry (forgot the other cries, sorry:(), two music files, and the Userbar I'd promised. Hopefully you got it, and my work is satisfactory:)

Hrm.. Yeah, it'd be handy, I guess, but then again, I could be replacing Pokemon that people want/need in their hack. Although yeah, I'll think about it- not as if they'd have to use it, if I did replace "their" Pokemon. Thanks :)
A good Pokedex is the one on Serebii.net, it's the one I use when replacing Pokemon. That way you can have the official stats and Pokedex data and whatnot. Although you were probably already doing that, I dunno:P
