This is the animated version of the video which was commissioned by a friend of his. it's my favorite video right now. And yes, he's basically a beefier Jack Skellington. Everyone on Tumblr is calling him "Bara Skeleton" hahaha. (Idk if you know what bara is but basically manga with big, masculine beefy gay dudes hence why he's called Bara Skeleton)

Yup, I do! It's really helpful and I find that it goes a long ways when it comes to getting a good workout. The MOSSA workouts are the best ones in my opinion, and there's some Insanity workouts on there as well if you're into those. Many of them are free being an Xbox Live Gold member, so if you're equated to that you should definitely get it!
