Some Pokemon would be cool to have in real life, but others, not so much. I'd be scared of the ghost Pokemon. Seriously, read some of their Pokedex entries. On a side note, I think people would have to be 15 and older to be a trainer, and maybe 10 and older to have Pokemon as pets.

The only reason Giratina committed "evil" acts, such as attacking Cyrus in Platinum, is because of it's territorial nature. It has no intention of destroying the world or harming anyone, and it's not evil. It just tries to protect the Distortion World, that's all. Kind of like how Rayquaza...

Bug types, in general, are pretty weak. That being said, a legendary bug type would be good to have because legendaries have good stats. I want to see some good bug type moves first, though.

This right here is a very good point. Skymin could definitely get lucky, but Espeon~ is right. Giratina has better base stats. Giratina also doesn't need luck to win, but I think Skymin would.

I would like to see a dragon type. Drageon, anyone? A flying type, ghost type, and steel type would be sweet additions as well.

Bulbapedia is what I personally use the most. I read articles on there all the time, sometimes just for the fun of it. I use Serebii to get caught up with the latest Pokemon news, though. They are both great, accurate sites.

I don't think Skymin learns any moves that could cause massive damage on Origin Forme Giratina, yet I'm sure Giratina could hurt Skymin pretty bad with Shadow Force. Giratina can also learn fire type moves through TMs. Enough said.
