I think it has something to do with one of the phone lines. 2 or 3 months ago we had a prob where they said a main line was down for a day. And ever since then it drops when it rains, I don't think they fixed it right. The it's not here because it can be raining cats and dogs and we're fine, but if there's a storm around my ISP... yea.

Because when I was a kid, I always had the vision of guys at the age of 16~18 to be scumbags so I went back to my childhood while impersonating that =P I was technically a 90's kid. Because everything that was released there in the 90s, was released here in the 2000s, yup.
