It really does make far more sense when you look at it that way, indeed. While I am surprised that God himself endures the existence and trickery of Satan, I'm also understanding of it because of the christian doctrine. Perhaps He is seriously trying to lead by example.

Yeah, I agree. I feel that all of the Monotheistic religions are referring to the same God...and therefore they're all holy and all should receive respect and tolerance.

I do also agree that God likely does look down upon people who denounce religion as a whole. x3
But I do agree, it's not our place to condemn these kinds of atheists to hell and neither should any other religious person. It's our job to grin and bear their complaints, smile, say OK and walk away.

But yeah, it's all about not 'standing out' and giving the 'gossip hounds' anything to gossip about...which I hate with a purple passion, since when should we give a flying damn about what those stupid loose lipped idiots have to say about us anyway?! They never care to verify these things, and like a game of telephone, these things get worse when passed around by word of mouth. >_>

Optionally, if you can, maybe you can do something about that negative inducing schedule by moving things around. Hopefully people will understand that you've got things to deal with that people typically don't have to endure.
