Jynx was shown to have feet in the anime, Belossom I assume has very tiny feet under it's dress, and Diglett I assume has mole like feet.

Krookodile and Scrafty come to mind. Some of my favorite Pokemon but have horrid Shinies. Scrafty is alright but Krookodile is just bad

I'd say Gen V. I think they're very dynamic and blend in well with the Unova region. None of them are way too on the nose (unlike Gen VII) and there's a tonne of variety there.

Mega Evolution. I do like Dynamaxing but when you're playing competitively it's too hard to predict who they're gonna Dyanmax, plus half the time I forget the feature is there. Mudsdale was used in roughly 5% of teams in the latest VGC tournament, so it's not that common, but it'd still be nice for them to use a counter to ground types.

I second this. Everything you've got to counter Mudsdale is weak to Earthquake, so it doesn't really work out. I wouldn't go with Corviknight due to it being a Physical attacker and not working well with Mudsdale's Stamina ability. I'd recommend either Gastdoron, or Rotom-W (as you suggested)...
