Here's an idea (not sure if it works): The Prism download is a zip file. Inside the zip file is the readme and a second password-locked zip file with the patch. The password to the second zip is at the bottom of the readme.

I think it has more to do with the fact that people don't provide enough info on what caused it, so he can't fix it. Ex: "omg my game wont save what do i do" doesn't provide any info at all towards fixing it.
