Lol @ ear ringing. I'm glad it toned down! The funny thing is, my ears ring all the time. not horribly so, but at a low grade "hum". When I get out of loud concerts I am totally used to it lol.

Heh, lucky you. That sounds awesome. We only got to pass through it on the bus. D: Ours was in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by three McDonalds' and a scary looking Chinese-Japanese restaurant. Everyone around us was either Chinese or Japanese. The restaurants were disgusting. They looked like they hadn't been cleaned since they opened. We went to all three. The ones in the inner city were way better, although their large chips were still tiny. Haha, they actually were terrible. Haha, good idea with the soap. Wish I'd thought of that. We just threw them in the bin because they were taking up too much space and we kept getting more. D:

I have a load of free time though so its not all bad. They sound bad. I'm sure you'll be fine though. Usually when I think I failed or got a D in something, I get an A or a B. I think the same happens with a lot of people. It's even better when everyone feels the same about the exam. Anyway, they're only the mocks. It's not the end of the world. I've been in France for the past few days. Everything was great besides the hotel. xD We had fold-out beds that got caught in each other and no floor space. Yep, that's it. Oh by the way, I forgot to tell you that I have no problems if you want to change my character's design around a bit. If you need to change colours or anything, feel free to. If you want to add a hat or something extra to the clothes, that's no problem either. :3 Mess around with it however you want so it fits in with everything else in the game. :D

Awesome. The game sounds better everytime you talk about it. It sounds really different from the kind of games I'm used to seeing. How's the story going? Do you have the whole thing planned out or are you still keeping your options open? I can't wait till you get some screenshots. :3 It'll be interesting to see how you include Deoxys in the story too. :3

No, you see, I have both. I do all hacking-related stuff on Windows. However, my mac has a musical keyboard attached to it, but I can't find a program that would let me make midis. GarageBand cannot do that, and yet people in the Simple Questions thread somehow think that GarageBand can export midis, which is false.

I did at first, but you have to keep trying until it works. I did resize Pallet Town, but nothing got glitched, but when I was mapping Route 1, things started acting screwy, so I had to restart. Luckily, I constantly make backups.

I don't know, Emerald + AdvanceMap = Weirdness. Just make sure you constantly keep making backups, and be very careful.

Really... it's an either/or. I need a lot done, as my OS doesn't like the tools I use. :) It gets to be really hard when you can't use tools you like.

You would not believe how many extra tiles I had to make just to avoid tile errors. Isn't it beautiful? I made all the tiles myself (except the tall grass), and used a screenshot from Serebii as a reference for the tiles. I then had to rely on Youtube videos to map the layout.

Yeah, that might actually work... I'll need to give it a try. Now, all I'll need is someone to insert my images into my game.

Well, ripping them is impossible (for me). I refuse to download roms that I don't own in legal form, therefore I won't download a HeartGold rom until I actually by the game at my local GameStop.

So yes, I'm making them from scratch referring to screens. It's not that hard really.

Yeah, I've thought about the Navy on and off since 8th grade. I would really love to try my hand at the SEAL training, but I would have to have my act together in a HURRY. Lol. There are some other cool things like rescue diving, SWCC (Special Warfare Combatant Crewman), etc. Anyhting with diving would be applicaple to the life after Navy, because diving jobs are pretty lucrative:p But with an 80% or higher dropout rate at BUD/s (SEAL training), it really is a ballsey move. But I guess even if a guy failed, it wouldn't hurt to get out and see the world, get money for college, save up money from the military, etc. I just don't know how I would react to months and months at sea:S Never know till you try lol!
