This thread seems legitimate to me but I just wanted to run it by you first. I'll let you make the final call.

Birds were neccessary in RGBY in order to complete the Dex (of course, they could have never created them in the first place but that's a different thing). In Gen IV you can just catch them in Platinum. There was no need to include them in HGSS at all.

And the plot explanation is a pure speculation. I'm... not sure about it.

I still think that instead of mapping Seafoam Islands dungeon, they should have worked on programming something really functional, like the Decoration System (or an option to turn walking Pokemon games). HGSS weren't perfect games (that's why I think that a third version to HGSS should have been created) and focusing on programming unneccessary extra legendaries didn't help them.

Yeah, I always love the third versions. :D I usually buy at least one of the others, but trade it in at Gamestop or something when I'm done, then hold out for the third (and keep that one lol) :) And Platinum is definitely awesome. It's the one I have and am working on right now. I love it.

lol Yeah, a year and a half is a long time. xD But yeah, I'm excited about Black and White. Probably won't be able to get one as soon as they're released in the US, but I'm sure going to try. :)
