I haven't tried Masuda ever since that whole Petilil fiasco lol. Since then though, I've gotten two shiny Petilil. One got cloned so that I could keep one a Petilil and have the other as a Lilligant. And then I got another shiny Petilil from dragonomega lol. THE BEST SHINY. :D

I guess it's okay though...whether it was or not, my friend traded me a shiny Lillipup the other day cause he felt bad for me. XD Other than that possible random shiny though, I haven't found one in quite a while. And hopefully you will get Technician! :) I remember that I trained a Cinccino without Technician though lol...I didn't realize it could have Rock Blast and such. Dumb...
