Seeing as I joined in 2005 as an 11 year old, I wasn't really interested in ROM hacking, little less could I even make a hack. I probably couldn't even make one today if I tried. It has interested me, though, and yeah, I have browsed the forum a bit, but it seems like a lot of work and patience. I have played ShinyGold before, and I must say it's pretty awesome. Some people out there are extremely talented. Who knows, maybe one of these days I'll try it out and see how far I can go. If thousands of people have tried it before and somewhat succeeded, I should be able to at least try my luck at it, too. x)

Oh, I know! Physics is definitely the hardest science major anyone could choose. I'm actually quite enthusiastic about taking my first Physics class, although it probably won't be for another year or so, as I have to get done with my Chemistry prerequisites first. You're right that the professor is always the one who either molds you into liking the class/subject or not. Let's hope I get one that is at least somewhat decent. My school doesn't necessarily have the best teachers, unfortunately. :\

Like you said, I love that whole "rewarding" feeling you get when you touch someone's life in any way possible. Money is obviously an issue when it comes to how you want to live your life, but it's not everything I think about, either. People are often too caught up with only wanting careers that pay a hell of a lot of money, and they choose these absurd/super difficult careers which they know they probably won't even be able to complete the requirements for and wouldn't even like on a day-to-day basis, for that matter. You're right, though, that the fulfillment and satisfaction you receive each day definitely outweighs the salary you earn (and that goes for any career, of course).

With only four more episodes left of the season, I hope they continue to stick with the bigger story lines. I rather we not do petty one-off episodes that take a side step from the bigger plot. Although, given the last episode, Nightwing is definitely going to have to work hard to get to bottom of everything though. I hope the writers didn't play him off like he thinks Blue Beetle willingly joined up with Green Beetle and the Reach.

Haha, well, he's never mentioned to me that he has gone on that server or anything, so I'm not sure it was him, but if it was his username, then it could quite possibly be him trying to find some activity.

PC is completely special (and different, for that matter) when it comes to emulation and stuff. From what I have searched, you won't find another Pokémon forum that has as many people talking about ROM hacking/emulation, little less even have an emulation forum altogether. I mean, if emulation attracts people, then so be it. There's not much we can do about it anyways. In the end, it brings activity to the community. x)

That's super cool that you're a Physics major! I have yet to take any college Physics courses but I will need to eventually to fulfill the requirements for my major. All science majors have to take classes within all the disciplines to move on to higher level courses. Biology is a lot of memorization, whereas Chemistry and Physics are very conceptual and you really need to have the mind for it. Maybe when I take my first Physics classes I'll enjoy it and switch to that major. Who knows? ;) Anyways, yeah, I've always wanted to be a teacher. I have a lot of family members who are/were teachers and they've really inspired me to be one, although the pay isn't that great, but the pay isn't all that matters, right?

I'm alright, contrary to the busy life you have, I have a very slow paced life right now lol
