You must have misread my typo. It's Mario, Luigi, and Donkey Kong going to war against Bowser. Not just Luigi and Donkey Kong. and the team up is made in the second movie, with Mario and Donkey Kong teaming up to defeat K.Rule and Bowser sending Luigi out to kill Mario for betraying him, but after a skirmish, Luigi agrees that Bowser is the enemy here and sides with Mario, thus making him an ally of Donkey Kong by default.

The Game Grumps are YouTube personalities that play video games and commentate over it. Usually nonsensical fluff. But it's their humor and who they are outside of Game Grumps that makes the show. They usually play classic games from NES and SNES. But occasionally they'll play a more recent console games.

It does use course language and some pretty sexual innuendos. But I'm sure it's nothing you haven't seen on YouTube already.
