Save it for Emerald. If you are talking about Emerald you are basically dragging along RS. :/

Water are certainly overpower since their debut. Most of them can learn Ice moves to demolish Grass Pokemon and as well as Ground type moves to slay Electric Pokemon. Not to mention, they have good stats. Even NU Pokemon like Floatzel and Lanturn are useful in their own tier. :)
