You could create a thread for voting where members post their votes for each category. Or you could have members PM you.

Yes we should have participants be required to vote. Are we having one card per person, one card per person per category, or infinite cards per person? Also could someone enter the same card for both art and caption? I feel like that's a disadvantage for people whose drawing skills aren't as great as others'.

I think the debate should close when the cards event closes. There's no telling what our availability could be so we may be on at different times, limiting our discussion if we only have a day or two.

I like that. Everyone will know when to expect voting to be completed but four days seems a little short for voting. Maybe until the 22nd or 23rd? WAC could also continue until the 23rd.

Well two weeks go by really fast when it comes to an event but people might think "oh that's plenty of time, I'll procrastinate and never actually accomplish anything." Not sure which direction it will go but it's up to you. Your events :P however Tuesdays seem to be popular too because I always see 230+ members perusing PC so 8th-18th or 9th-18th

that depends on coverage and where you want it towed, though. our insurance allows us to have a vehicle towed anywhere within a 10 mile radius of the breakdown

I mean, sometime Ash must face impossible challenge and overcome it but if writer prevent this just because they think it would be haxed then Pokemon will get boring.
Writer must do this without making it look like haxed .
Plus , So many haxed thing happen that was unfair to Ash yet people accepted it So there shouldn't be any problem in this one.
Also , I said Ash training Goomy for 3 day ! Plus its time Ash learn about his own Pokemon rather then wait for somebody to show him what his pokemon can do.

A cilque that do fun stuff together like putting a Surprise Birthday party for Boonie , Going to a Summer Festival Or Hot-spring , Celebrate Christmas Or New Year , Saving the World etc etc !
The Holo Caster can play a good part in communication if Ash allow to have one .
I want Ash , sidekick , Rival & referring character to be treated as a part of a big clique !!!
Whenever A rival/referring character show up , He/she treated like a outsider ! I hate that .
